What is Coaching?
Simply put, life coaching is guiding someone from where they are to where they want to be.
First, the coach helps the client to define exactly what they want. Then, through quality questions, techniques, and exercises, the coach helps them to achieve the desired outcomes in a relatively short period of time.
Unlike counseling or therapy, it does not focus on the past, though there may be some overlap.
