Ready Train Go is hosting their second annual Mental Health Awareness Expo in the Mid Rivers Mall on July 28th and July 29th from 10am-8pm both days. There will be resources showcased throughout the mall to assist those affected by suicide, trauma, mental illness, addiction, loss, grief, judgement, anxiety, rejection and other hardships in life.
There will be a store scavenger hunt throughout the mall as well as prizes, featured speakers, giveaways, and fun activities centered around getting rid of the stigma of the struggles of mental health.
