A 30-page report details this and more in a way that is easy to understand and even gives action steps in overcoming what may be hindering you. This amazingly accurate profile is leadership-driven and communication-focused. We are all leaders in our life whether we realize it or not, and of course we all communicate with those around us. It is critical to understand ourselves and others to have successful relationships, both personally and professionally. You can choose the assessment alone, or the assessment along with a personalized debrief with Gen, a DISC trainer.
